Transforming on Stage: Family Room Before & After
Mirrors—we can’t say enough about the impact a mirror has on a room. This family room was dark and had no life. We removed and rearranged some of the furniture and placed a large mirror over the fireplace. The mirror reflected the natural light coming in from the glass French doors. The mirror lightened up the room and made it feel more welcoming.
Heres a tip: place a mirror at the end of a long narrow hallway. You will be amazed how it makes the hallway feel lighter, brighter and wider.
