Highlights:
The average list price and sale price were slightly down in Greenwich through October compared to 2010. The number of homes sold, conversely, had a healthy increase. Combined with a slightly lower market time and increased sale price to list price ratio, opportunities continue to abound in certain segments of the Greenwich marketplace. There are currently 563 homes on the market in Greenwich.
