Highlights:
The average list price and sale price were slightly down in Greenwich through November compared to 2010. The number of homes sold, conversely, had a healthy increase. Combined with a nominally higher market time and increased sale price to list price ratio, opportunities continue to abound in certain segments of the Greenwich marketplace.
